The Measurement Management System Certification is a document certifying that an organization's measurement management system complies with all requirements of the GB/T19022-2003/ISO10012:2003 standard "Measurement management systems — Requirements for measurement processes and measuring equipment".
hetian formally implemented the AAA Measurement Management System in January 2017. During this period, the company continuously improved its metrological capabilities. In terms of the system, hetian focused on internal audits and management reviews, continuously improving the measurement management system to ensure its stable operation. In management, the company diligently carried out traceability management of measurement standard instruments, continuously strengthened the management of measuring instruments, incorporated all metrological equipment into the measurement management system, and achieved dynamic whole-process management of equipment. In terms of technical proficiency, hetian enhanced learning and training, improving the professional competence of metrology personnel through multiple channels, thereby further elevating the company's metrology work standards.
In November 2018, the audit expert team earnestly communicated the importance of operating the Measurement Management System, the audit objectives, basis, schedule, and division of labor within the audit team, and presented requirements to the company and the auditors. During the assessment, the audit team divided into groups to conduct on-site inspections of the company's hardware environment and software documentation related to production, operations, energy, safety, and environmental protection. They focused on reviewing aspects such as uncertainty evaluation of equipment, process control of measuring equipment, test records, and test reports. The audit team fully affirmed hetian's performance in operating the corporate system, while also requesting all departments to address the issues raised by the auditors comprehensively, carefully rectify them, investigate root causes, formulate effective measures for correction and prevention, strictly verify implementation, and consolidate the foundation of the company's management. Simultaneously, they provided valuable opinions and suggestions for the next steps, including strengthening production test measurement management, measurement equipment identification management, and measuring instrument management.
On December 19, 2018, hetian successfully obtained the AAA Measurement Management System Certification. Leveraging this certification effort, the company will further identify gaps and shortcomings, enhance operational capabilities, and comprehensively advance the progress of measurement management work.
An enterprise passing the Measurement Management System Certification means it has established a scientific management model for its measurement and testing work according to the international ISO 10012 standard. Obtaining the Measurement Management System Certification signifies government recognition that the enterprise meets the ISO 10012 international standard and acknowledges its measurement management capabilities in both domestic and international markets.
